MT Masking Tape Slim Basic [3 pack]

The mt Masking Tape Slim Basic set narrows washi down to 6mm, which turns out to be very close to the width a page actually needs. Three semi-translucent rolls come in each pack, in colours chosen to sit together rather than compete. Made in Japan by mt from traditional washi paper, on rolls long enough that you will never find yourself rationing them.

At this width the tape behaves less like decoration and more like a drawing tool. It tears square between finger and thumb, lies flat without bubbling, and lifts away leaving the page untouched. The paper surface takes pencil and fineliner cleanly, which at 6mm is a fine line to write along.
