We have created the Index Sticky Notes (Friends of Moominvalley) featuring designs based on Moomin, which was created in 1945 by Tove Jansson, Finland’s beloved author, painter and artist.

Featuring Moomintroll, Snufkin, Little My and other characters from the stories, these colourful film sticky notes are shaped like character silhouettes that look adorable even when layered together.

Stick them on so that they peek out of your techo to serve as index tabs, or use them to mark important notes and upcoming plans you want to highlight. You can also write on them directly with a pen or pencil, and we recommend oil-based ink or pencil, as gel and water-based inks may take longer to dry.

Tove Jansson (1914-2001) was a Finnish-Swedish writer and artist, who achieved worldwide fame as the creator of the stories about the Moomins, written and illustrated between 1945 and 1977. The Moomin family and their friends live an adventurous life in the idyllic and peaceful Moominvalley in harmony with nature. They are a family of white and roundish trolls with large snouts.
